| Facility Rental |
| Set-up for Rental Events |
| The Green Center rents its building and surrounding grounds at 8025 Blackberry to arts or nature organizations who wish to hold a meeting or event here. Furniture set up and take down is always needed before and after each event. |
| A few able individuals can manage moving folding furniture and chairs. No more than an hour is ever required for each task. |
| Custodial Care |
| The Green Center strives to focus its limited funds on programs as much as possible and less on custodial care. Traffic through the building even one day before an event causes a need for extra sweeping, emptying out a waste basket, or tidying up. If you don't mind doing such tasks periodically before or after a rental event, then we will be grateful for your assistance. |

| Building Maintenance & Renovation |
| The Green Center building was constructed in 1932 and has held up very well, but is still in need of some repair and renovation. Although it is not an officially registered historic building, we would like to retain the home's historic integrity and style when we make repairs. If you have experience and necessary licenses, then there are opportunities in: |
| | carpentry | | | electrical wiring | | | lighting (assist us in finding the optimum lighting for our art exhibits) | | | wood floor refinishing | | | painting | | | gutter cleaning & repair | | | masonry | | | chimney maintenance |
